Update Nightmares How to Solve DA Gallery and Fave

Hello Everyone, 

New Years means for new things to come and that also means New updates for DA.
Hoorah :bademoticon:..

Some updates are necessary, then there are unnecessary updates that doesn't even needed to be updated or changed at all, especially when it comes to organizing your gallery + Fave files.

And I know I may have showed up late for the party and some people have already figured this out,
Buuut I thought I just share anyways on what I discovered.
And Just in case if there are people who still have trouble figuring this problem out, cause I know I did until a few moments ago.
And for anybody who wants to organize their folders and be a neat freak, like me! lol

For some reason DA doesn't let you know about the updates that the staff have made on this site in which leads to confusion to the community and leaves everyone in the dark, basically, for unknown reasons  
 (Even though they let you know about the events, contests and such).


So, after reading this journal

I have finally solved my problem to organize my files. 
(Thank you person) 
 


This may be unimportant to some, but again I just want to share and help others by making this journal.

So, Do you have problems with organizing your files? In which you try to drag your latest artwork or favorite art piece to the file you wanted it to go, but ends up making a copy by accident. Or have you accidentally send your work to the wrong file while submitting and try to go back and correct it but for some reason DA won't let you uncheck that certain file and you're forced to send a copy in the correct folder? Stuck in a never-ending scroll?
Just came back from a Hiatus break and don't know What The Heck is going on?

Don't worry you're not alone and this isn't a glitch of what you're experiencing.
And if you're still confused after reading the journal I put above, it's okay I'll explain this as much as I can and make it sound less confusing and whatnot, providing pictures along the way.

Now with other problems like artwork disappearing or anything outside of this topic I wouldn't know about unless it's something that I already know, like Llamas for instance. this journal is meant to help with organizing your galleries and fav folders, and this may take some time getting used to the new updates, just like with every other updates on any other websites.


Okay, so the first thing you want to do is go to your gallery or favorites folder.




Once you're there, click on the "Edit Page" button that's on the upper right corner (as shown in the picture below).



After you click the edit page button, this will appear



Don't click "Done" just yet, this will allow you to finally organize your artwork Gallery or your favorites gallery.



See these small red circles? This means that you can click on those small pencil icons and do whatever you want to do with your artwork or favorites art pieces, Move them to the correct folder, remove or delete, or copy 
(Just no stealing).

Then once you're done and everything is sorted out you now can click the blue "Done" button, but unfortunately you have to repeat the same thing over again every time you upload something or fave something, just because you click done after organizing it doesn't mean that it's something that can be automatically installed like with every other app installations ^^:
but this shouldn't be a problem for you now, now that you know or been knowing about this hidden new update.
