Coming soon... {W.I.P} I need help please..

Hello Everyone,

This is what I have done so far for my Kingdom Hearts self,.. 

There are some stuff that I'm still trying to figure out, The MMD itself has been working out great for me, I solved one of my PMX problems not too long ago, but now I'm facing another issue that still has to do with PMX =_= Here let me try to explain what happened with my PMX problem first before I go on with my new problem.

When I first downloaded PMX along with MMD (Eng version), MME, VMDView (Jp ver), PMD ( Eng Ver). The PMX would not open or work properly, it would open sometimes but not with the VMDView screen like it should? (Or at least I think it should) I had to open them up separately, but even when I do open up VMDView after opening the PMX, it would give me this missing DLL error notice saying that DirectX9 isn't found even though I downloaded it along with everything else that I needed for MMD and to make my self model character.

All the while, I've been reading and searching through the internet (mostly on LearnMMD.com, Youtube, or DA) to see what I can do to solve my problems, and there'll be times where I'd feel like I'm being trolled or mislead (or at least have a strange vibe that something  doesn't feel right) because some people are throwing different answers out there in the comment sections or have some tutorials on yt that doesn't explain throughly and some ytubers had to split the tut video into parts (in which a couple of ytubers didn't finish their tutorial videos in the last year, couple of years, or even a few years) or doesn't have anything related to my problems or it's in a different language w/out translated captions.

So I stopped looking on YT, I kept looking and searching, and re-reading some sections on learnmmd and DA, and had to Re-Download DirectX9 from the official DirectX Website in the end.

So I did that, and here's where my next issue comes in, I open up PMXEditor and the VMDView screen, and once they open up or at least the PMXEdit, I immidiately get a notification that says that Shader model 3.0 or higher is required and I've actually looked it up on LNMMD and steam, and saw that someone is having the same or related problem as I, and most of the comments on both YT and LNMMD are saying it's in your computer system and that it's based on your graphics card. 

I feel like I'm so close but yet so far to get my problem solved, It got me baffled, I feel like the answer should be right there in front of me but, I'm just not seeing it yet. I feel like it's a tricky question in a way. 

You see, it takes time for me to figure things out, I'm no computer wiz when it comes to stuff like this, I can't draw or photoshop on the computer, I only know about the basics like surfing the internet, posting, edit photos, upload, etc. I never knew how to photoshop or MMD, it's not even funny, I wasn't even used to playing video games on the computer, I mean I did when I was younger but it's mostly a click and point disc rom games, and I'm still trying to get used to using the keyboards and mouse as my controllers. 

I'm not used to painting, photoshop, MMD, or playing games on the computer fully, I'm used to playing with a console controller or a handheld console, There'll be some things I don't understand yet, it takes time for me to get used to something new and fully grasp onto it, I'm still trying to figure things out, I'm smart and a quick learner but sometimes I can't help but feel a little dunce sometimes when it comes to certain things but, I'm sure I'm not the only one, right?

I mean it takes time for everyone to learn new things, it's like taking your first baby steps or learning how to ride a bike but being on training wheels before you can actually ride a bike, everything takes one step at a time.

Alrighty I'm dragging this on, anyways..

All I want is to get my PMX/PMD working, PMD won't open, I finally already have my VMDView working, I know where the graphics/video card is, I just need to know on where to go from there.
